PNB releases recruitment for 750 Local Bank Officer Posts; Graduates Eligible to Apply
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 750 Local Bank Officers (LBO). The online application process started on 3 November 2025 and the last date to apply is 23 November 2025. Candidates can apply through PNB’s official website pnb.bank.in. Selected candidates will be posted in various branches across the country.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university or institute. A valid marksheet or degree certificate must be uploaded during online registration.
- Work Experience: Applicants must have at least 1 year of work experience in a clerical or officer cadre in the banking or financial sector. Experience certificates must be provided at the time of application or document verification.
- Age Limit: Minimum age – 20 years, Maximum age – 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories will be provided as per government rules.
Salary Structure
The selected candidates for the Local Bank Officer (LBO) – JMGS-I post will receive an attractive pay scale under Junior Management Grade Scale-I:
₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62,480 – 2340/2 – 67,160 – 2680/7 – 85,920
The basic salary starts at ₹48,480 per month, which can increase up to ₹85,920 with service duration and promotions.
