CDS 1-2026 Exam Application
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has started the application process for the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS 1, 2026).
Total Number of Posts
Total positions: 451 (100 for IMA, 26 for INA, 26 for Air Force Academy, 32 for Air Force Academy, 275 for Officers Training Academy for Men, and 18 for SSC Women).
Educational Qualification
• IMA: Graduation degree is required.
• INA: Engineering degree is required.
• Air Force Academy: 12th with Physics and Maths and an Engineering degree is required.
Age Limit
• IMA: Unmarried male candidates born between 2nd January 2003 and 1st January 2008.
• INA: Same age limit as IMA.
• Air Force Academy: Candidates should be between 20 and 24 years of age as of 1st January 2027.
