of the nearly 66,000 cases registered in the year 2023, only 500 arrests have

that cyber fraud has caused a loss of Rs 25,000 crore in the last three
years.

this, 1 million skilled cyber security professionals are needed in India by the

2024, till July, about Rs 300 crore of the people of Madhya Pradesh were stolen

are going to be recruited in the Madhya Pradesh Police Department to reach the
network of thugs in the country and the world and catch them. In the first
phase, 26 posts will be appointed. Apart from consultants, cyber commandos are
also likely to be posted in the state in the next year 2025.

devices that store sensitive data should be fully informed about security tools
that can detect malware, ransomware or cybercrime. Firewalls and encryption are
often used for this in home networks. Firewalls protect devices and applications
from cyber attacks. Connecting to public Wi-Fi can also be a risk for
smartphones and apps. Three, cyber-insurance cover is also necessary. There are
many uses of cyber security.
