MPESB: Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MPESB) has adopted a new pattern to strengthen monitoring in recruitment examinations. Let us tell you that MPESB has now decided to appoint 2 agencies to further strengthen the monitoring system on examinations. One agency will conduct the online exam, while the other will monitor the exam and the exam conducting agency. Currently, only one agency does both the jobs.
Exam center will be monitored live
Let us tell you that the tender process for the new agency has also started. This security agency will set up a hi-tech CCTV surveillance control room in MPESB, from where live monitoring of examination centers will be done.
Along with this, the agency will install cameras at the examination centers. Its activities can be seen live for 2 hours before the start of the exam and one hour after the end. In a year, MPESB conducts an average of 20 examinations, in which about 20 lakh candidates participate.
The security agency will have these four main tasks
- As many centers as the exam will be held, the same number of people will monitor from the control room. You will be able to see everything that is happening in the center.
- Now the security agency will also take up the work of biometric authentication and attendance marking along with the exam conducting agency.
- At the time of entering the exam center, each student will be checked by a hand-held metal detector service, the purpose of which is to prevent the students from entering the exam center.
- This agency will ensure physical, cyber security, server, network security and confidentiality at the exam centers.
Digital security will be strengthened
In the new system, inspection and digital security have been strengthened through CCTV. The new agency will monitor the agency conducting the online exam.
