Vivek Gupta Appointed as New INS President

During the 86th Annual General Meeting of the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) held on Thursday, Vivek Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of the prominent Hindi daily newspaper Sanmarg, was elected as the new President for the year 2025–26.

Vivek Gupta will succeed M V Shreyams Kumar of Mathrubhumi, marking a significant leadership change at the top of the premier body representing newspaper and magazine publishers across India.

The Indian Newspaper Society is the apex body representing the print media industry in India and plays a key role in policy advocacy and protecting the interests of media publishers nationwide.
