Sufiya Farooqui Wali Appointed Director of Census Operations in Madhya Pradesh

The central government has appointed Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Sufiya Farooqui Wali from the Madhya Pradesh cadre as the Director of the Directorate of Census Operations for Madhya Pradesh.

This appointment will be effective from October 1, 2025, and she will oversee all upcoming census-related activities in the state.
