Sonali Ghosh Becomes First Indian to Win Kenton Miller Award
Dr. Sonali Ghosh, the Field Director of Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve, has become the first Indian to win the prestigious WCPA–Kenton Miller Award for innovation in protected area sustainability.
She received the award at the IUCN World Conservation Congress held in Abu Dhabi. This international honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the long-term sustainability of national parks and protected areas around the world.
