Shajapur District Ranked First in CM Helpline Performance

Under the leadership of Collector Ms. Riju Bafna, Shajapur district secured the first position in the state-level CM Helpline rankings for the month of May.

The Collector conducted daily video conferencing sessions to review grievances, giving necessary instructions to all concerned district officers. Regular monitoring and review of departments and officials with the highest number of pending complaints (especially those over 50 days) were emphasized.

As a result of these proactive efforts, Shajapur district has ranked first in Madhya Pradesh for resolving newly received as well as long-pending complaints in the month of May, as per the official state ranking released today.
