भारत और अमेरिका के बीच द्विपक्षीय त्रि-सेवा मानवीय सहायता और आपदा राहत (एचएडीआर) जल-स्‍थल अभ्यास, टाइगर ट्राइंफ का उद्घाटन समारोह 19 मार्च 2024 को आईएनएस जलाश्व पर आयोजित किया गया। यह अभ्यास दोनों देशों के बीच मजबूत रणनीतिक साझेदारी दर्शाता है और इसका लक्ष्य बहुराष्ट्रीय एचएडीआर कार्रवाइयों के संचालन के संबंध में सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं और मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं को साझा करना है। अभ्यास का हार्बर चरण 18 से 25 मार्च 24 तक विशाखापत्तनम में आयोजित किया जा रहा है और इसमें प्री-सेल चर्चा, व्‍यवसायिक विषयों के संबंध में विशेषज्ञगत आदान-प्रदान और विभिन्न कार्यों की योजना और निष्पादन प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में विचार-विमर्श शामिल होगा। अभ्‍यास में भाग लेने वाले दोनों देशों के सशस्त्र बलों के कर्मियों के बीच सौहार्द बढ़ाने के लिए खेल कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे। समुद्री चरण का आयोजन 26 से 31 मार्च 24 तक किया जाएगा। इसके तहत दोनों देशों की इकाइयां एक संयुक्त कमान और नियंत्रण केंद्र और एक संयुक्त राहत और चिकित्सा शिविर स्थापित करेंगी।

The inaugural ceremony of Tiger Triumph, the bilateral tri-service Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) amphibious exercise between India and the US, was held on INS Jalashwa on 19 March 2024. The exercise reflects the strong strategic partnership between the two countries and aims to share best practices and standard operating procedures regarding the conduct of multinational HADR actions. The Harbor Phase of the exercise is being conducted at Visakhapatnam from 18 to 25 Mar 24 and will include pre-sale discussions, expert exchanges regarding commercial topics and deliberations regarding planning and execution processes of various operations. Sports programs will also be organized to enhance camaraderie between the armed forces personnel of the two countries participating in the exercise. The sea phase will be conducted from 26 to 31 Mar 24. Under this, units from both the countries will set up a joint command and control center and a joint relief and medical camp.
