आसिफ अली जरदारी ने पाकिस्तान के 14वें राष्ट्रपति के रूप में शपथ ली। एक दिन पहले उन्हें भारी मतों के अंतर से देश के नये राष्ट्राध्यक्ष के रूप में चुना गया था। पाकिस्तान के प्रधान न्यायाधीश काजी फैज ईसा ने राष्ट्रपति भवन 'ऐवान-ए-सदर' में 68 वर्षीय जरदारी को पद की शपथ दिलाई।

Asif Ali Zardari sworn in as the 14th President of Pakistan. A day earlier, he was elected as the new Head of State of the country by a huge margin of votes. Chief Justice of Pakistan QaziFaiz Isa administered the oath of office to 68-year-old Zardari at the RashtrapatiBhavan 'Aiwan-e-Sadar'.
