TV Ravichandran, a 1990 batch IPS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, has been appointed as the Deputy National Security Advisor i.e. Deputy NSA. He is currently on the post of Special Director of Intelligence Bureau (IB). Its notification was issued. Apart from this, former Chief of Indian Intelligence Agency Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) Rajinder Khanna has been given the responsibility of Additional NSA. Both the officers will remain in their respective posts for 2 years.
