Educational Qualifications for Career in Designing-
To make a career in the designing sector, the first requirement is to pass 12th from PCM stream. Such students can do a course in product designing. For this, they will have to pass various entrance exams. It is worth mentioning that to do a designing course from IIT, one has to pass JEE. Apart from this, career opportunities in designing are available for those who have a degree in architecture or engineering. Product designers can specialize in ceramic, furniture design, footwear design. The graduation degree in product design is called BDS and the post graduation degree is called MDS. The duration of BDS degree is four years and the duration of MDS degree is two years.
