Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the "Invest MP-Interactive Session" organised in Coimbatore, the major industrial centre of South India, by lighting a lamp and offering water to the Tulsi plant. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that to facilitate investment in Madhya Pradesh, an industry office of Madhya Pradesh will be opened in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This office will act as a bridge to increase trade and business between Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Coimbatore is known for industrial sectors like textile and garment, engineering and information technology. To encourage investment and industrial activities in the state, a road show and interactive session with investors and industrialists were organised in Coimbatore with the aim of inviting industrialists of Tamil Nadu to the Global Investor Summit to be held in Bhopal. More than 1200 representatives participated in the session and investment proposals of more than Rs3500 crore were received for investment in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that textile and garment industry, automobile and engineering industries are also developing rapidly in Madhya Pradesh. There are immense possibilities in these areas in Madhya Pradesh. This is the most appropriate time for industrialists to take their business to new heights by investing in Madhya Pradesh. Every aspect of investment has been taken care of in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh is a future ready state, here there is cooperation of the government and support of the public along with possibilities. To make the Amritkaal of independence the Bhagyodayakal of Madhya Pradesh, we are working on the vision of making the industries of the state a part of the global supply chain. The state government is constantly striving for the establishment and development of industries in the state. In this direction, a new initiative has been started to encourage investment in every area of the state through Regional Industry Conclave. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Global Investors Summit will be organized in Bhopal on 7-8 February 2025. I have come to invite you to be a part of the investment revolution going on in the state. I am confident that you will play an important role in realizing the vision of a developed Madhya Pradesh along with a developed India by taking advantage of the immense opportunities available in Madhya Pradesh. The state has more than 320 industrial areas, 10 food parks, 5 IT SEZs, 2 spice parks, 2 multi-product SEZs and 2 plastic parks. New industrial parks and SEZs are being established.
