MP Government Jobs: One Common Exam for All Posts Announced
Madhya Pradesh is changing the way government jobs are filled. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that from now on, all government job recruitments in the state will be conducted through a single common examination, modeled after UPSC exams. This step aims to make the recruitment process faster and transparent.

The CM made this announcement at the Diwali Milan ceremony organized by the State Employees Association. Until now, separate exams for different departments caused delays and difficulties for candidates. The new system will provide faster employment opportunities for youth.
20,000 Police Vacancies in Three Years
The Chief Minister said that over 20,000 vacancies in the police department will be filled within the next three years. Additionally, a Employees Commission will be formed to resolve pay disparities and grade pay inequalities, chaired by a retired senior officer.
Promotion, HRA, and DA for Employees
- Promotion for officers and employees is being ensured.
- HRA pending for nine years will now be granted.
- DA similar to central government rates has been approved with arrears to be issued by October.
Relief for Anganwadi Workers
The government has started the process to fill 19,504 Anganwadi worker and helper posts and announced benefits under the Jeevan Jyoti Insurance Scheme.
State Employees Association Submits Demands
The president of the State Employees Association, Jitendra Singh, submitted a demand letter to the Chief Minister. The demands include increasing DA, standardizing retirement age, and seniority-based appointments for teachers. CM emphasized that the government is committed to employee welfare and facility expansion.
