Morocco Wins Arab Cup by Defeating Jordan

On December 19, Morocco won the Arab Cup by defeating Jordan 3-2 in an extra-time final. Abdelrazak Hamdallah scored two goals, leading Morocco to victory. The final took place at Lusail Stadium, where Hamdallah equalized in the 88th minute and then scored the winning goal in the 100th minute, helping Morocco secure the Arab Cup title before the Africa Cup of Nations.

In less than four minutes from the final whistle, Osama Tannane gave Morocco the lead with a brilliant strike from behind the center line. Ali Olwan then equalized for Jordan with a header in the 48th minute, and in the 68th minute, a penalty gave Jordan the lead. However, Hamdallah's brace secured the win for Morocco in extra time.
