मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट के कार्यवाहक चीफ जस्टिस शील नागू होगे। वे 25 मई को पदभार ग्रहण करेंगे। जस्टिस शील वर्तमान में प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण जबलपुर के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष हैं। वर्तमान चीफ जस्टिस रवि कुमार मलिमथ 24 को सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं।
हाईकोर्ट के वर्तमान चीफ जस्टिस रवि कुमार मलिमथ 24 मई को सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं। उनकी जगह कार्यवाहक चीफ जस्टिस के रूप में जस्टिस शील नागू 25 मई को पदभार ग्रहण करेंगे। इस संबंध में केंद्रीय विधि विभाग के द्वारा आदेश जारी कर दिए गए हैं।
नवनियुक्त कार्यवाहक चीफ जस्टिस शील नागू का जन्म 1 जनवरी 1965 को हुआ था। वह 5 अक्टूबर, 1987 को वकील के रूप में नामांकित हुए और मध्य प्रदेश के उच्च न्यायालय में सिविल और संवैधानिक पक्षों पर अभ्यास शुरू किया। वे सितम्बर 1995 से फरवरी 1998 तक शासकीय अधिवक्ता रहे। वह 27 मई 2011 को मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश और 23 मई 2013 को स्थायी न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त हुए। वह वर्तमान में प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण जबलपुर के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष हैं।
जस्टिस रवि मलिमथ ने की महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रमों की शुरुआत
मध्य हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस के रूप में जस्टिस रवि विजय कुमार मलिमथ ने अपने कार्यकाल में न्यायालय सुरक्षा, न्यायालय की आधारभूत संरचना और पक्षकारों को त्वरित न्याय मिलने के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। उन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल में कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रमों का शुरुआत भी की है। उन्होंने असक्षम वर्ग के लिए हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधिषों द्वारा पांच हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह आर्थिक सहयोग के रूप में प्रदान करना। दिवंगत और सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश के लिए सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन करना। साथ लोअर ज्यूडिशियरी में नियुक्ति होने वाले नवीन न्यायाधीशों का शपथ-ग्रहण समारोह आदि शामिल है।
जनहित के मुद्दों पर लिया संज्ञान
जस्टिस रवि विजय कुमार मलिमथ ने अपने कार्यक्रम में जनहित के कई मुद्दों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए उनकी सुनवाई जनहित याचिका के रूप में करने के निर्देश भी दिए थे। जिसमें खुले बोरवेल में गिरने से बच्चों की मौत, सीवर चैंबर में जहरीली गैस की चपेट में आने के कारण कर्मचारियों की मौत, सरकार द्वारा घोषणा किए जाने के बावजूद भी रेप पीड़ित नाबालिग की स्कूल फीस जमा नहीं करना, दान में जमीन मिलने के बाद सरकार द्वारा आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र स्थापित नहीं करना आदि प्रमुख हैं। उन्होंने न्यायालय में लंबित प्रकरण की संख्या कम करने के लिए लोअर ज्यूडिशियरी में प्रत्येक तीन महीने में 25 प्रकरण के निराकरण की अनिर्वायता का नियम भी लागू किया था।

Newly appointed Acting Chief Justice Sheel Nagu was born on 1 January 1965. He was enrolled as an advocate on October 5, 1987 and started practicing on civil and constitutional sides in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. He was government advocate from September 1995 to February 1998. He was appointed as a judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on 27 May 2011 and as a permanent judge on 23 May 2013. He is currently the acting chairman of State State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur.
Justice Ravi Malimath started important programs
During his tenure as Chief Justice of the Central High Court, Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath has played an important role in relation to court security, court infrastructure and speedy justice to the parties. He has also started many important programs during his tenure. He said that the High Court judges will provide financial assistance of Rs 5,000 per month to the disabled class. Taking cognizance of many issues of public interest, Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath in his program had also given instructions to hear them in the form of PIL. These include the death of children due to falling in an open borewell, death of employees due to inhaling of poisonous gas in the sewer chamber, non-payment of school fees of a rape victim despite the announcement by the government, after getting land as donation, the government Not setting up Anganwadi center etc. are the major ones. To reduce the number of cases pending in the court, he had also implemented the rule of mandatory disposal of 25 cases every three months in the Lower Judiciary.
