Madhya Pradesh Recognized for Industrial Innovation at Udyog Sangam
Madhya Pradesh's Department of Industries will prominently showcase several innovations at the 'Udyog Sangam' through the Invest MP Portal. Key initiatives include the establishment of a Single Window System, integration with the National Single Window System (NSWS), Industrial Land Bank facilities, logistics reforms linked with Gati Shakti, online clearance systems, and promotion of the startup ecosystem.
The Ministry of Industry and Internal Trade Promotion (DPIIT), Government of India, will host the 'Udyog Sangam' conference on November 11 in New Delhi. Industry and Commerce Ministers from all states and Union Territories will participate, with Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal as the chief guest. During the event, results of the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP 2024) will be released, and states demonstrating excellence in Ease of Doing Business will be recognized.
Aligned with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's vision, Madhya Pradesh has implemented 434 reforms focusing on business facilitation, transparency, and efficiency. These reforms, including process engineering, digital transformation, and investment promotion, have strengthened the state’s industrial image.
At 'Udyog Sangam', Madhya Pradesh will highlight innovations such as Single Window System integration with NSWS, Industrial Land Bank, Gati Shakti logistics reforms, online clearance systems, and startup promotion initiatives. These reforms have simplified industrial establishment and operations and significantly increased investor confidence. Madhya Pradesh's performance in Ease of Doing Business is now recognized among the leading states, and the state’s initiatives will serve as a model for others.
The program will feature thematic presentations on industrial parks, startups, Gati Shakti, logistics, and Ease of Doing Business, followed by the BRAP 2024 video release and a felicitation ceremony where states will be honored by Union Minister Piyush Goyal. Under the leadership of CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh continues to ensure that industrial establishment and investment processes are simple, transparent, and effective. The state’s presentation at 'Udyog Sangam' reflects this vision.
