Madhya Pradesh Honored as Top Achievers State in BRAP 2024
National Recognition for Industrial Promotion
Madhya Pradesh has achieved a major national milestone by being recognized as a “Top Achievers State” for its business-centric reforms under BRAP 2024. The award was presented during an industry summit held in New Delhi.
Chief Minister’s Statement
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh has transformed Ease of Doing Business from being just a policy to Speed, Scale, and Skill of Doing Business. The state has witnessed remarkable industrial growth, and regional industry conclaves have strengthened local entrepreneurship.
He added that the first-ever Global Investors Summit in Bhopal enhanced Madhya Pradesh’s industrial identity nationwide. The Jan Vishwas Act has simplified complex laws and created an environment of confidence among investors.
Digital Transformation for Investors
Through the MP e-Seva Portal, over 1,700 services from 56 departments are available on one platform, ensuring transparent and swift delivery for investors. The state has emerged as a model of digital services and investor-friendly governance.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal’s Remarks
Union Minister Piyush Goyal praised Madhya Pradesh’s industrial progress, stating that India’s development is a result of coordinated efforts between the Centre and states. He unveiled the BRAP 2026 Guidebook, calling it an example of “good governance and trust-based policy-making.”
MSME Minister's Insights
MSME Minister Chaitanya Kashyap highlighted that under the leadership of CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is making historic progress in industry and employment.
The state government has declared 2025 as the Year of Industry and Employment. Under the Jan Vishwas Bill 2024, 64 sections across departments have been amended to simplify procedures. During the Global Investors Summit 2025, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, 18 new industrial policies were launched, and India’s largest PM Mitra Textile Park was inaugurated in Dhar district.
Through the InvestMP Portal and the Single Window System, investors now receive all necessary approvals on one platform.
Innovations Presented by Madhya Pradesh
At the event, industry ministers from various states shared their innovations. Madhya Pradesh presented its key initiatives such as:
- Jan Vishwas Act
- Sampada 2.0
- Cyber Tehsil
- RCMS
- Labour Case Management System
These initiatives were highly appreciated. The Chief Minister reiterated that Madhya Pradesh aims to simplify regulatory processes, increase transparency, and provide a trustworthy and supportive environment for investors. Under his leadership, the state is rapidly emerging as one of India’s top investment destinations.
