- Indian Golfer Sukhmant Singh Wins 124th Amateur Golf Championship of India: Indian golfer Sukhmant Singh won the 124th Amateur Golf Championship of India held at the Tollygunge Club in Kolkata. In the final, he defeated Harman Sachdeva. Sukhmant's father, Simarjeet Singh, had also been India's former number-1 amateur golfer.
