Justice VK Singh Transferred from Madras High Court to Madhya Pradesh High Court

The process of increasing the number of judges in the Madhya Pradesh High Court continues. The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Vivek Kumar Singh from the Madras High Court to the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

With his appointment, the number of sitting judges in the Madhya Pradesh High Court will rise to 36. Justice Singh was born on March 25, 1968. He completed his law degree from APS University in Rewa and began his legal career in 1993.

On May 26, the Madhya Pradesh High Court also welcomed three new judges, further strengthening its judicial bench.
