India's First 16-Coach Namo Bharat Rapid Rail to Launch on April 24

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate India's first 16-coach Namo Bharat Rapid Rail service between Jayanagar and Patna on April 24, 2025. This modern train is equipped with advanced features like the 'Kavach' safety system and aims to significantly reduce travel time between the two cities.

The train, designed to accommodate approximately 2,000 passengers, will operate at a maximum speed of 110 km/h, halving the travel time compared to existing services. The introduction of this service is expected to enhance connectivity and convenience for travelers in North Bihar.

The Namo Bharat Rapid Rail is part of the government's initiative to modernize India's railway infrastructure and provide efficient transportation options to the public.
