India Successfully Tests Nag MK 2 Missile
India has successfully tested its third-generation indigenous anti-tank guided missile 'Nag'. The missile was tested at the Pokhran field firing range in Jaisalmer, where three tests were conducted. In these tests, the missile destroyed all its targets with full precision. The tests were conducted in the presence of senior officials of the Indian Army. The Nag missile is based on 'fire-and-forget' technology, meaning it does not require re-targeting once launched. The missile is capable of operating in all weather conditions and can precisely destroy enemy tanks.
