The government of Madhya Pradesh will now provide training to youth interested in joining the army, police, and para-military forces. On January 8, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched the 'PARTH Scheme' (Police Army Recruitment Training and Skill), which will offer pre-recruitment training to youth in these fields. Alongside this, he also launched another campaign called the Madhya Pradesh Youth Motivator Campaign (MPYPC). Sports Minister Vishwas Sarang was also present during the launch. The government will provide training to youth at the divisional level.
CM Dr. Yadav attended the closing ceremony of the 28th State Youth Festival held at the TT Stadium in Bhopal. The festival started on January 6, and around 350 youth from across the state participated. Out of these, 45 youth were selected to represent the state at the National Youth Festival in Delhi. Minister Sarang explained that the scheme aims to provide pre-recruitment training to the youth for employment opportunities in the Indian Army, Police, Para-military forces, etc. The youth will be trained at the divisional-level sports infrastructure.
Chief Minister Yadav appreciated the enthusiasm and skills of the youth. After a folk dance performance, he expressed his admiration, saying, "Looking at the youth's performance, I felt like forgetting politics and just watching this folk dance. The excitement in the stadium during the presentation shows that the top youth of the state have been selected to represent us in Delhi."
45 Youth to Represent Madhya Pradesh at the National Young Leader Dialogue 2025. Minister Sarang shared that 45 youth from the state will represent Madhya Pradesh at the National Young Leader Dialogue 2025, which will take place on January 11 and 12 in Delhi. The selected youth will have the opportunity to present their suggestions for a developed India by 2047 in front of Prime Minister Modi.
Selection of 45 Youth from 1.8 Lakh Candidates. The selected youth shared that they were chosen from over 1.8 lakh candidates, and the selection process took place in four stages: a quiz, an essay, a PPT presentation, and an interview. The Young Leader Dialogue program will begin on January 10 with a PowerPoint presentation, followed by expert sessions on January 11, and the meeting with the Prime Minister on January 12.
Youth Discuss Rural Employment Development. Sanjay Datt Sharma, one of the selected youth, shared that during the discussion with the Prime Minister, he will highlight the importance of rural employment development and present his views on overcoming obstacles to achieving a developed India.
CM Yadav Announces Development of Pilgrimage Sites. During the event, CM Yadav also talked about tourism development. He mentioned that Madhya Pradesh is the land where Lord Krishna had his teachings and friendships, including with Sudama. The government has decided to identify and develop these sites into pilgrimage destinations. Madhya Pradesh was listed by a famous tourism magazine in the U.S. as one of the top 10 tourism destinations, showcasing the state's potential for tourism growth.
Launch of Two Key Schemes. The Chief Minister launched the PARTH Scheme and MPYP (Madhya Pradesh Youth Motivator Campaign), with the aim of aligning the state's youth with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India by 2047.
Details of the Training Program. The schemes will provide pre-recruitment training for youth, which will be conducted at the divisional level. The training will include physical fitness tests, written exams (covering general knowledge, mathematics, English, etc.), and personality development training. The training centers will be managed by the respective district sports and youth welfare officers, with the support of rural youth coordinators and departmental staff. The pre-recruitment training will be self-financed, with a nominal fee charged to the trainees each month.
Requirements for Trainers. For physical fitness training, the minimum qualification for trainers will be a BP.Ed/BPE/NIS Diploma, along with experience in athletic sports at the state level. Trainers for written exams and personality development will be subject matter experts from government or private educational institutions, who will provide part-time services. The selection of local trainers will be decided by the committee.
MPYP Portal to Connect Youth. Minister Sarang announced that the Sports Department has developed the MPYP portal to connect all youth in the state to a platform for skill development, career guidance, and employment opportunities. This platform will provide an opportunity for youth to showcase their talent and build a brighter future.
Selected Youth to Showcase Talent at the National Youth Festival in Delhi. The 28th State Youth Festival, held at TT Nagar Stadium since January 6, concluded today. In this festival, there were competitions in seven categories, including folk songs, group folk singing, painting, speeches, science exhibitions, storytelling, and poetry writing. Youth between the ages of 15 and 29 from ten divisions participated, and the winners will represent the state at the National Youth Festival in Delhi from January 10-12. On January 12, the selected team will showcase their talent in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
