यूनेस्को ने गुजरात के पारंपरिक गरबा नृत्य तो अमूर्त विरासत की सूची में जगह दी है। इस बात की जानकारी मुख्यमंत्री भूपेन्द्र पटेल ने 6 दिसंबर को सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट एक्स पर दी। उन्होंने लिखा कि यूनेस्को ने गरबा नृत्य को अपनी 'मानवता की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत की प्रतिनिधि सूची' में शामिल कर लिया है।

भूपेंद्र पटेल ने एक्स पर लिखा कि गरबा दिव्य स्त्री-आदि देवी की पूजा की एक अनूठी अभिव्यक्ति है। गरबा का समावेश यूनेस्को अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत सूची वास्तव में गुजरात और भारत के लिए गर्व का क्षण है। यह भारत की प्राचीन संस्कृति को विश्व द्वारा दिया गया सम्मान है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने एक्स पर लिखा कि गरबा जीवन, एकता और हमारी गहरी परंपराओं का उत्सव है। अमूर्त विरासत सूची में इसका शिलालेख दुनिया को भारतीय संस्कृति की सुंदरता को दर्शाता है। यह सम्मान हमें भावी पीढ़ियों के लिए अपनी विरासत को संरक्षित और बढ़ावा देने की प्रेरणा देता है। इस वैश्विक स्वीकार्यता के लिए बधाई।

UNESCO has included the traditional Garba dance of Gujarat in the list of intangible heritage. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel gave this information on social media account X on December 6. He wrote that UNESCO has included Garba dance in its 'Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity'. Bhupendra Patel wrote on X that Garba is a unique expression of worship of the divine feminine – Adi Devi. The inclusion of Garba in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list is indeed a proud moment for Gujarat and India. This is the respect given by the world to the ancient culture of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on Twitter that Garba is a celebration of life, unity and our deep traditions.
