Five Rajya Sabha Members Take Oath

On the first day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, held on July 21, 2025, five Rajya Sabha members took the oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India. This group included three nominated members.

During the session, the House also paid tribute to those who lost their lives in two recent tragedies: the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir in April, and the Air India aircraft accident in Ahmedabad in June.
