फिच ने 6 नवंबर को एक रिपोर्ट में 10 उभरती अर्थव्यवस्थाओं के लिए मध्यम अवधि में संभावित वृद्धि दर चार प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान लगाया है। साख निर्धारित करने वाली एजेंसी फिच रेटिंग्स ने भारत के मध्यम अवधि के आर्थिक वृद्धि अनुमान को 0.70 प्रतिशत बढ़ाकर 6.2 प्रतिशत कर दिया है। फिच ने अपने पिछले अनुमानों की तुलना में ब्राजील भारत मेक्सिको इंडोनेशिया पोलैंड और तुर्की के लिए वृद्धि अनुमान को बढ़ाया है। फिच ने कहा कि भारत के लिए आर्थिक वृद्धि अनुमान बढ़ाने का कारण श्रम बल भागीदारी दर में अच्छा सुधार बताया है।फिच ने कहा, 'हमने भारत का आर्थिक वृद्धि अनुमान 0.7 प्रतिशत बढ़ा दिया है। वहीं ब्राजील, तुर्की और इंडोनेशिया के लिये अनुमान को 0.2 प्रतिशत बढ़ाया गया है।'

The credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has increased its estimate of medium-term economic growth for India by 0.70 percent, bringing it to 6.2 percent. Fitch has raised its growth forecast for Brazil, India, Mexico, Indonesia, Poland, and Turkey compared to its previous estimates. Fitch noted that the reason for increasing the economic growth forecast for India is the improvement in the labor force participation rate. Fitch stated, "We have raised India's economic growth forecast by 0.7 percent. Similarly, the estimate has been increased by 0.2 percent for Brazil, Turkey, and Indonesia."
