26 फरवरी को मप्र शासन द्वारा जानकारी दी गई की दिव्यांगजन कल्याण के क्षेत्र में मप्र देश का अग्रणी राज्य है तथा दिव्यांगजनों को शासकीय नौकरियों में देश में सर्वाधिक 6 प्रतिशत आरक्षण दिया गया है।
दिव्यांगजन कल्याण के क्षेत्र में मध्यप्रदेश देश का अग्रणी राज्य है। मध्यप्रदेश सरकार शासकीय नौकरियों में 6 प्रतिशत आरक्षण दिव्यांगजन को प्रदान करता है। जो अन्य राज्यों से दो प्रतिशत अधिक है। यह बात आयुक्त सामाजिक न्याय श्री आरआर भौंसले ने सामाजिक न्याय एवं दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण विभाग, दिग्दर्शिका पुनर्वास एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान तथा सक्षम मध्य भारत संस्था के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी के शुभारंभ अवसर पर कही।
आयुक्त श्री भौंसले ने कहा कि दिव्यांगजन को आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता प्रदान करने के लिये शासन और सामाजिक संस्थाओं द्वारा लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक निरंतर प्रक्रिया है, इसलिए दिव्यांगजन को उच्च शिक्षा के साथ तकनीकीशिक्षा पर जोर दिये जाने की आवश्यकता है। प्रदेश में दिव्यांगजन को शासकीय नौकरियों में देश में सर्वाधिक 6 प्रतिशत आरक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है। दिव्यांगजन के लिये पुनर्वास पॉलिसी बनाना राज्य सरकार के संकल्प पत्र का हिस्सा भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के 56 विभागों में दिव्यांगजन के लिये आरक्षित 13 हजार पदों की भर्ती के लिये समयबद्ध कार्यक्रम सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के साथ बनाया जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार रोजगार मूलक ऋण योजनाओं में दिव्यांगजन को गारंटी मुक्त ऋण मुहैया कराने की योजना है। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यशाला के दो दिवस में विचार मंथन के बाद निकले निष्कर्ष पर विभाग अपनी कार्य योजना बनाएगा।
Madhya Pradesh is the leading state of the country in the field of welfare of disabled people. Madhya Pradesh government provides 6 percent reservation to disabled people in government jobs. Which is two percent more than other states. Commissioner Social Justice Shri RR Bhosale said this at the inauguration of a two-day national seminar organized under the joint aegis of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Digdarshika Rehabilitation and Research Institute and Saksham Madhya Bharat Sanstha.
Commissioner Mr. Bhonsale said that continuous efforts are being made by the government and social organizations to provide economic self-reliance to the disabled people. He said that this is a continuous process, hence there is a need to give emphasis on technical education along with higher education for the disabled. In the state, 6 percent reservation, the highest in the country, is being provided to disabled people in government jobs. Making a rehabilitation policy for the disabled is also a part of the state government's manifesto. He said that a time-bound program is being made with the General Administration Department for the recruitment of 13 thousand posts reserved for disabled people in 56 departments of the state. The state government plans to provide guarantee-free loans to disabled people under employment-oriented loan schemes. He said that the department will prepare its action plan based on the conclusions reached after brainstorming in the two days of the workshop.
