एक जनवरी से मध्य प्रदेश में लागू होगी साइबर तहसील व्यवस्था
मध्य प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में 1 जनवरी 2024 से साइबर तहसील व्यवस्था लागू हो रही है। इसके बाद रजिस्ट्री होने के 15 दिन के भीतर क्रेता के पक्ष में नामांतरण होगा। इसके लिए अलग से कोई आवेदन नहीं करना होगा। इसी तरह अविवादित नामांतरण के लिए सभी पक्षों को तहसील कार्यालय आने की आवश्यकता भी नहीं होगी। प्रथम चरण में इस प्रक्रिया को केवल ऐसे अविवादित प्रकरणों में लागू किया जा रहा है जहां विक्रय पूरे खसरे का है। इसके बाद इसे सभी प्रकार के अविवादित नामांतरण और बंटवारे के प्रकरणों में लागू किया जाएगा। साइबर तहसील के माध्यम से आनलाइन, पेपरलेस और फेसलेस प्रक्रिया से नामांतरण होने से शासन 'सुशासन से सुराज' की दिशा में आगे बढ़ेगा।
मध्य प्रदेश में दतिया एवं सीहोर दो जिले में पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर 27 मई 2022 को साइबर तहसील शुरू की गई थी। इसके बाद छह अक्टूबर 2022 को इंदौर, हरदा, डिंडौरी एवं सागर जिले में साइबर तहसील लागू की गई। 10 अगस्त 2023 को आगर मालवा, बैतूल, उमरिया, श्योपुर, विदिशा एवं ग्वालियर छह जिलों में प्रभावशील की गई। इस तरह डेढ़ साल में साइबर तहसील व्यवस्था 12 जिलों की 442 तहसीलों में लागू हो गई। बाकी जिलों में यह एक जनवरी से लागू की जाएगी। इस व्यवस्था के माध्यम से अब तक 16 हजार से अधिक प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया जा चुका है।

Started from Datia and Sehore Cyber Tehsil was started on 27 May 2022 as a pilot project in two districts of Datia and Sehore in Madhya Pradesh. After this, on October 6, 2022, Cyber Tehsil was implemented in Indore, Harda, Dindori and Sagar districts. On August 10, 2023, Agar was made effective in six districts of Malwa, Betul, Umaria, Sheopur, Vidisha and Gwalior. In this way, within one and a half years, the cyber tehsil system was implemented in 442 tehsils of 12 districts. In the remaining districts it will be implemented from January 1. So far, more than 16 thousand cases have been resolved through this system.
