Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched the state government's innovative initiative Cyber Tehsil 2.0 at the Secretariat. This is an innovative initiative of the state government after the success of Cyber Tehsil 1.0 operated under good governance under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and guidance of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In Cyber Tehsil 2.0, quick resolution will be done through end to end online system at the regional tehsil level in the purchase and sale based transfer cases of undisputed partial Khasra received from the estate. Every year in the state, on an average 2 lakh cases of undisputed transfer cases are related to purchase and sale of complete Khasra and 6 lakh cases are related to partial purchase and sale. Till now, under Cyber Tehsil 1.0, online transfer of Khasra with complete purchase and sale was being done, but now under Cyber Tehsil 2.0, cases related to partial purchase and sale have also been linked to the online system. In this way, 8 lakh transfer cases related to purchase and sale will now be resolved through Cyber Tehsil. Under the new system of Cyber Tehsil 2.0, as soon as the case is registered, online information letter, Patwari memo and first appearance date can be automatically issued by the portal. Citizens will receive claim objection related link, order copy, updated Khasra and copies of maps through SMS, WhatsApp or email at home. Patwari report, Khasra map draft related work can be done online. As soon as this innovation of the Revenue Department is implemented, where earlier the transfer process used to take an average of 70 to 100 days, now the same work can be completed within 25 days.
With this innovation of the Revenue Department, Cyber Tehsil 2.0, citizens will also get the order after transfer in the shortest time and updated copy of Khasra and map online through e-mail and WhatsApp at home. With the implementation of the automated system of Cyber Tehsil 2.0, not only will the trust of citizens towards the government increase, but the efficiency of the officers and employees working at the regional tehsil level will also increase. Money and time will also be saved as citizens will not need to visit the court repeatedly. With this, undisputed cases can be resolved with the help of lawful advanced technology. Also, Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar will be able to give more time to resolve disputed cases, so that disputed cases will also be resolved quickly with mutual consent. With the use of modern technology and this multipurpose system, the citizen will be able to get the facility of end to end registry to transfer in real time in the shortest time on RCMS online system from home.
