Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav Launches E-Office System in Madhya Pradesh

   

Madhya Pradesh government takes a significant step toward digital governance

   

On January 1, 2025, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched the e-office implementation system from Samatva Bhavan, Chief Minister’s Residence. Speaking on the occasion, he stated that Madhya Pradesh has taken a crucial decision in the field of good governance. The state government aims to digitize all its processes to enhance the efficiency of programs, improve coordination between departments, and speed up the execution of public welfare initiatives.

   

Chief Minister Yadav emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also considers digitalization essential for transparency and promptness in government operations. He highlighted that this initiative is a firm step toward better governance. The state government intends to move forward with digitalization, focusing on public welfare programs targeting the poor, women, farmers, and youth.

   

Through this initiative, the Madhya Pradesh government has decided to operate all files via the e-office system starting January 1, 2025. The work will no longer rely on physical files but will be handled digitally through the e-office platform. To ensure smooth implementation, officials and employees of various departments have already been trained on how to use this system effectively.
