Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav Announces Gita Bhavans in All Urban Bodies
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that Gita Bhavans will be constructed in all urban bodies of the state. All festivals will be celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm. In the coming days, Gita Jayanti will also be celebrated with reverence and devotion. Recently, the state government organized Shastra Puja during Vijaya Dashami and Govardhan Puja during Deepotsav, both celebrated with fervor. This festival was also observed as a celebration of cow protection. The state government is working at all levels to promote cow farming and is providing support to gaushalas. The subsidy for cow feed has been doubled. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav made these statements on Monday during his address at the Ganesh Complex in Nanda Nagar, on the occasion of the Malook Peethadhish Swami Rajendra Das Devacharya Maharaj's Katha.
Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a cultural current is flowing across the country, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm. Saints and sages are being honored, and the number of devotees at religious places is increasing. When foreign presidents or prime ministers visit India, Prime Minister Modi takes them to our temples and gifts them sacred texts like the Gita and Ramayana. After the creation of Mahakal Lok in Ujjain, the city has undergone a remarkable transformation, attracting record numbers of devotees. The glory of Emperor Vikramaditya is being celebrated through the grand play Vikramaditya, which has been staged in Delhi and other places. The calendar, which once followed the Shaka Samvat, is now based on Vikram Samvat. Thanks to the strong resolve of Prime Minister Modi, a beautiful corridor has been built at Kashi Vishwanath, and a grand temple of Lord Ram has been built in Ayodhya. The Ram path has been established wherever Lord Ram's footsteps are found. The restoration of Chitrakoot Dham is also planned. The holy sites of Lord Krishna's leelas will also be developed into pilgrimage centers. The birthplace of Lord Parshuram in Janapav has also been developed, and similar religious and cultural sites are being developed across the state.
Dr. Yadav emphasized that the stories narrated by saints impart good values to us and energize our lives. While the thoughts of an ordinary person end, the thinking of saints begins. He stated that the human body is the beautiful creation of the Supreme Lord, and God resides in every part of our body. Saints help us experience this divine presence, and sitting with saints makes our lives prosperous. Dr. Yadav performed the Puja of the Vyasa Peeth and participated in the Aarti. The Chief Minister and other public representatives also welcomed Swami Rajendra Das Devacharya Maharaj.
Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya said that the event is being held in memory of MLA Shri Ramesh Mendola's parents. Such events should be held regularly to promote cultural and religious awareness.
