छप्पन दुकान को तीसरी बार मिला ईट राइट स्ट्रीट फूड हब का दर्जा:
स्वाद के शौकीनों का पसंदीदा स्थान ‘छप्पन दुकान’ को 3 नवंबर को तीसरी बार एफएसएसएआइ ने ‘ईट राइट स्ट्रीट फूड हब’ का प्रमाण पत्र दिया। पहले यह प्रमाण पत्र एफएसएसएआइ द्वारा ‘क्लीन स्ट्रीट फूड हब’ के नाम से दिया जाता था। इस बार इसका नाम बदलकर ‘ईट राइट स्ट्रीट फूड हब’ किया गया है। इस प्रमाण पत्र के लिए एफएसएसएआई की टीम ने 21 सितंबर को फाइनल आडिट किया था। इसमें छप्पन दुकान परिसर में हाइजीन, कर्मचारियों का प्रशिक्षण, फूड टेस्टिंग सहित अन्य पैमानों पर जांच की गई थी।
गौरतलब है कि छप्पन दुकान को वर्ष 2019 में पहली बार ‘क्लीन स्ट्रीट फूड हब’ का खिताब मिला था। इसके बाद वर्ष 2021 में दूसरी बार यह प्रमाण पत्र मिला था। यह प्रमाण दो वर्षो के लिए मान्य रहता है। इंदौर में छप्पन दुकान के अलावा सराफा रात्रिकालीन चाट चौपाटी को भी ‘क्लीन स्ट्रीट फूड हब’ का खिताब मिला है। दूसरी बार इस चौपाटी को ‘ईट राइट स्ट्रीट फूड हब’ का खिताब दिलाने के लिए एफएसएसएआई की टीम द्वारा फाइनल आडिट किया जा चुका है।
On November 3, for the third time, the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) granted recognition to the favorite destination of food enthusiasts, 'Chhappan Dukaan,' in Indore, now renamed as the 'Eat Right Street Food Hub.' Previously, it had been recognized by FSSAI under the name 'Clean Street Food Hub.' The FSSAI team conducted a final audit on September 21, which included an inspection of hygiene, employee training, food testing, and other criteria within the Chhappan Dukaan premises. It's worth noting that Chhappan Dukaan had received the 'Clean Street Food Hub' title for the first time in 2019. Subsequently, in 2021, it had received this certification for the second time. This certification is valid for two years. Along with Chhappan Dukaan, Sarafa Ratricali Chaat Chaupati in Indore also holds the title of 'Clean Street Food Hub.' The FSSAI team has conducted a final audit to transform it into an 'Eat Right Street Food Hub.' The Chhappan Dukaan, built by the municipal corporation in 1977, was transformed and presented in a new avatar by the Smart City. Following this, local businesses in the area adopted a greater emphasis on both taste and cleanliness. In 2019, it was recognized as the first 'Clean Street Food Hub' in the state and the second in the country.
