सिविल जज बनने की राह से हट गया बड़ा रोड़ा
मप्र हाई कोर्ट ने सिविल जज प्रवेश परीक्षा के अभ्यर्थियों को बड़ी राहत दी है। वे अभ्यर्थी भी प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे, जिन्होंने तीन वर्षों में अपने नाम से हर वर्ष कम से कम छह महत्वपूर्ण आदेश न्यायालय से नहीं कराए हैं।14 दिसंबर को दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार हाई कोर्ट ने सिविल जज प्रवेश परीक्षा के नियमों को चुनौती देते हुए दायर याचिका की सुनवाई करते हुए यह अंतरिम राहत दी है।
गौरतलब है कि मप्र हाई कोर्ट ने व्यवहार न्यायाधीश वर्ग दो के 138 पदों के लिए 17 नवंबर को विज्ञापन जारी किया था। इसमें अभ्यर्थी के लिए एलएलबी की डिग्री की न्यूनतम अर्हता के साथ-साथ इसमें दो अन्य अर्हताओं में से किसी एक को पूरा करना अनिवार्य किया गया था। इन अर्हताओं में से पहली यह थी कि अभ्यर्थी ने एलएलबी की सभी परीक्षाएं पहले प्रयास में उत्तीर्ण की हों और उसे इन सभी परीक्षाओं में न्यूनतम 70 प्रतिशत अंक मिले हों। दूसरी अर्हता यह थी कि अभ्यर्थी ने तीन वर्षों में प्रत्येक वर्ष कम से कम छह महत्वपूर्ण आदेश न्यायालय से जारी करवाए हों। अभ्यर्थी इन अर्हताओं को लेकर विरोध कर रहे हैं।

It is noteworthy that Madhya Pradesh High Court had issued advertisement on November 17 for 138 posts of Civil Judge Class II. In this, it was mandatory for the candidate to fulfill any one of the two other qualifications along with the minimum qualification of LLB degree. The first of these qualifications was that the candidate must have passed all the LLB examinations in the first attempt and must have obtained a minimum of 70 percent marks in all these examinations. The second qualification was that the candidate should have got at least six important orders issued from the court every year in three years. The candidates are protesting regarding these qualifications.
