The National Testing Agency, NTA has made a big change regarding the JEE Main 2025 exam. The National Testing Agency was giving special exemption to the students to attempt the questions of section B of the JEE Main question paper since the year 2021 amid the Corona period, but this exemption is being abolished from next year. An official notice has been issued in this regard. According to the notice issued by the National Testing Agency, students were getting exemption to attempt and answer the questions in section B of every subject for the last few years, in which students could answer any 5 out of 10 questions. This exemption is now being abolished. This year in the 2025 exam, there will be no such option in section B of the JEE question paper. Students will have to solve all the given questions. This special facility was introduced from JEE Main 2021 to 2024 due to the challenges faced by the students in preparing for the exam, which is now being removed. The NTA notice states that the emergency of the Kovid epidemic has been ended by the World Health Organization on 5 May 2023, so the format of section B will now be the same as before. Section B in JEE Main 2025 will have 5 questions from each subject and students will have to answer all 5 questions. Online applications for JEE Main 2025 will be started soon.
