Date: 17th February - The Babaei-Mohasa Industrial Park in the Bhopal region of Madhya Pradesh is set to become the largest solar energy manufacturing hub in India. Approval has already been granted for investments amounting to ₹25,000 crore. During the Global Investors Summit, the Madhya Pradesh government received investment proposals worth an additional ₹50,000 crore in the solar sector.

The Department of Industries faces the challenge of accommodating all investors at the Babaei-Mohasa site. To make space for the additional investments, 1,000 acres of land are being sought. The government's goal is to quickly implement these investments on the ground. This project will generate 50,000 job opportunities in the Babaei-Mohasa area.
