Amit Khare Appointed Secretary to Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan

The Government of India has appointed retired IAS officer Amit Khare as the Secretary to Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan. His appointment will be effective for a term of three years from the date he assumes office.

Amit Khare previously served as an Advisor to the Prime Minister and played a key role in formulating the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. He is also well-known for his pivotal role in exposing the fodder scam (Chara Ghotala) in Bihar.

The official appointment was announced by the government on 14th September.
