On the special occasion of World Yoga Day, Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla of the state launched Shri Anna Samvardhan Abhiyan in Rewa. On this occasion, Shukla also distributed seeds of Shri Anna to the farmers. On the special occasion of Yoga Day, the Deputy CM said that in ancient times we used to eat coarse grains, due to which we remained healthy, diseases surrounded us less. Our food habits changed with changing times. Once again we have to return to that. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also making continuous efforts for the promotion of coarse grains.
On the occasion of World Yoga Day, Shri Anna (coarse grains) promotion campaign has also been launched in the whole. On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister of the state said that include coarse grains in your daily diet. In ancient times, when coarse grains like jowar, millet, maize were regularly included in the food in our country, then people used to fall ill less. He said that our country is the largest producer of Shri Anna, and a large quantity of Shri Anna is being exported.
