She expressed confidence that these awards would inspire children across the country and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.

The President also highlighted that almost 320 years ago, Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Guru of Sikhism, and his four sons made the ultimate sacrifice in the struggle for truth and justice. She praised the bravery of the two youngest Sahibzadas, whose valor is respected both in India and abroad. The President recalled these great child heroes who courageously gave their lives for truth and justice.

Inspiration from Young Heroes

Her Excellency emphasized that a nation's greatness is determined when its children are filled with patriotism and high ideals. She expressed her happiness at how the children have showcased their exceptional talents in various fields such as bravery, art and culture, environment, innovation, science and technology, social service, and sports.

She mentioned talented children like seven-year-old Vaka Lakshmi Pragnika, whose achievements have helped India become a global chess powerhouse. She also praised Ajay Raj and Mohammad Sidan P for their bravery and intelligence in saving lives. Nine-year-old Vyoma Priya and eleven-year-old Kamlesh Kumar made the ultimate sacrifice by saving others' lives and losing their own in the process.

President Murmu highlighted Shrawan Singh, a ten-year-old, who despite the risks of Operation Sindoor, regularly delivered water, milk, and lassi to Indian soldiers stationed near the border. Additionally, Shivani Hosuru Uppara, a differently-abled child, has achieved extraordinary success in sports, overcoming both economic and physical challenges.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has made his mark in the highly competitive and talent-rich world of cricket, setting multiple records. The President expressed confidence that such courageous and talented children would continue to excel and help shape a bright future for India.
