Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the Bio CNG Plant (Compressed Bio Gas Plant) at Gwalior's Adarsh Gaushala Lal Tipara on 2 October. This plant of Indian Oil Corporation will produce CNG from 100 tonnes of cow dung every day. To make Lal Tipara Gaushala self-reliant, a Bio CNG plant has been set up in an area of 2 hectares with the cooperation of Indian Oil Corporation.
