Former Special DG Vijay Yadav has become the Chief Information Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh. Governor Mangubhai Patel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Vijay Yadav. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Raj Bhavan. Along with the Chief Information Commissioner, three other Information Commissioners also took oath. Umashankar Pachauri, Vandana Gandhi and Omkar Nath have been appointed Information Commissioners.
