हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार ने
विश्वास मत हासिल किया
झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री के
रूप में शपथ लेने वाले हेमंत सोरेन ने 75 सदस्यीय झारखंड विधानसभा में 45 विधायकों
के समर्थन के साथ विश्वास मत जीत लिया है । वोटिंग के लिए मतगणना
शुरू होते ही भाजपा और आजसू के विधायक सदन से बाहर चले गए। भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले
विपक्ष में भगवा पार्टी के 24 और आजसू पार्टी के तीन विधायक हैं। सत्तारूढ़ झामुमो-कांग्रेस-राजद गठबंधन ने 3
जुलाई को जब हेमंत सोरेन ने सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश किया था, तब राज्यपाल को 44 विधायकों की समर्थन सूची सौंपी थी। बाद में,

गठबंधन के 10 अन्य नेताओं ने हेमंत सोरेन सरकार में मंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली, झारखंड के राज्यपाल सीपी राधाकृष्णन ने राजभवन में एक समारोह में 11 नेताओं को
पद और गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई। मंत्री पद की शपथ
लेने के बाद चंपई सोरेन ने कहा,
"मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर
मैंने इतने कम समय में जो कुछ किया है, वह सबके सामने है। अब
देखते हैं कि मुझे क्या जिम्मेदारी दी जाती है।" शपथ दिलाने के बाद राधाकृष्णन ने कहा, "सभी नए मंत्रियों और नए मुख्यमंत्री (हेमंत सोरेन) को मेरी
शुभकामनाएं। हम हमेशा संविधान के अनुसार चलते हैं, जिसमें सबसे गरीब लोगों
की जरूरतों को पूरा करने की बात कही गई है। मैं नई सरकार से यही उम्मीद करता
हूं।" मुख्यमंत्री सहित 12
सदस्यीय मंत्रिमंडल में नए चेहरे हैं - कांग्रेस के जामताड़ा विधायक इरफान अंसारी, महागामा विधायक दीपिका पांडे सिंह और झामुमो के लातेहार विधायक बैद्यनाथ राम। पिछली चंपई सोरेन कैबिनेट में मंत्रियों की
सूची से अंतिम समय में राम का नाम हटा दिया गया था, जिसे उन्होंने
"अपमान" करार दिया था।जिन लोगों ने अपने मंत्री पद बरकरार रखे हैं उनमें
कांग्रेस के रामेश्वर उरांव और बन्ना गुप्ता के अलावा झामुमो के मिथिलेश कुमार
ठाकुर, हफीजुल हसन,
दीपक बिरुआ और बेबी देवी
तथा राजद के सत्यानंद भोक्ता शामिल हैं।

Hemant Soren government wins trust voteHemant Soren, who was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, has won the trust vote with the support of 45 MLAs in the 75-member Jharkhand Assembly. BJP and AJSU MLAs walked out of the House as soon as the counting of votes began for the voting. The BJP-led opposition has 24 MLAs of the saffron party and three of the AJSU party. The ruling JMM-Congress-RJD alliance had submitted a support list of 44 MLAs to the governor on July 3 when Hemant Soren staked claim to form the government. Later, Champai Soren and 10 other leaders of the JMM-led alliance took oath as ministers in the Hemant Soren government, Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the 11 leaders at a ceremony in the Raj Bhavan. After taking oath as minister, Champai Soren said, "What I have done in such a short time as the Chief Minister is for everyone to see. Now let's see what responsibility I am given." After administering the oath, Radhakrishnan said, "My best wishes to all the new ministers and the new chief minister (Hemant Soren). We always go by the Constitution, which talks about fulfilling the needs of the poorest people. This is what I expect from the new government." The new faces in the 12-member cabinet, including the chief minister, are Jamtara MLA Irfan Ansari of the Congress, Mahagama MLA Deepika Pandey Singh and Latehar MLA Baidyanath Ram of the JMM. Ram's name was dropped from the list of ministers in the previous Champai Soren cabinet at the last minute, which he termed as an "insult". Those who have retained their ministerial posts include Rameshwar Oraon and Banna Gupta of the Congress, besides Mithilesh Kumar Thakur, Hafizul Hasan, Deepak Birua and Baby Devi of the JMM and Satyanand Bhokta of the RJD.
