Certainly, as the government's steps are moving forward for the conservation of wildlife in our country , career opportunities are increasing for the youth who have a passion for nature. It is worth noting that on 17 September 2022, after releasing 8 cheetahs from Namibia in Kuno National Park in Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh, PM Narendra Modi said that a big void of our forest is being filled through these cheetahs . He said that today we are giving a message to the whole world that we are rapidly moving forward on the path of development with the conservation of wildlife and environment along with the fifth largest economy of the world.

It is worth noting that wildlife conservation is being continuously encouraged in our country. In fact, India is one of the twelve mega biodiversity-rich countries of the world. The wildlife of our country is spread from the evergreen forests of Northeast India to the lush green forests of the Himalayas and the Western Ghats. In view of this, bright career prospects have been created in wildlife conservation science. Wildlife includes animals or aquatic creatures that live in some kind of natural habitat. At present, a huge threat has arisen for wildlife and wild life. In view of this, it has become very important to solve all these problems in a scientific manner. Due to this, wildlife conservation science has developed. At present , only five percent area in our country is protected , out of which two percent is very good.

The situation is that forests in the country are continuously decreasing. Due to the decrease in forests, the number of wild animals is also continuously decreasing. In such a situation, they have to face many problems. The need to preserve it is constantly being felt. The reduction in forest area is affecting the environment , hence more emphasis is being laid on the conservation/maintenance of wildlife and forests.
